HAPPY CLASS – The Ultimate Joyful Nervous System Reset
Join us for HAPPY CLASS, a high-vibe playful somatic experience designed to increase joy and reduce stress.
We will use the power of Therapeutic Shaking to release tension, Laughter Yoga (laughing on purpose) to flood your body with feel-good endorphins, and end every class with a mini Dance Party to celebrate life!
All ages, 60 minute class, taught by certified Laughter Yoga Facilitator Jeppa Hall
Mondays 6:30-7:30pm April 27th, May 4th, May 11th, and May 18th
$30 per class, or $100 for all four dates

Fun for all ages!
Each class is 60 minutes long
Classes will be held on Mondays 6:30pm - 7:30pm (April 28th, May 4th, May 11th, and May 18th)
Workshop price: $30 for individual class or $100 for all four!
Join us at The Why? for a one-day workshop directed by Colin Reid where we will explore the foundations of learning and performing popular songs on the Ukulele. In this workshop you will learn the basics of the ukulele, chord progressions, playing in a group, and preparing songs to perform. This workshop is designed for anyone who is interested in learning the basics of music and playing the ukulele. There will also be an option for students to begin practicing singing while playing, but the main focus will be on learning and playing ukulele chords in a group context.
No musical experience necessary!
Students must bring their own ukulele of any shape and size
Chord charts and learning materials will be provided
Class will be held on Sunday from 4:30pm - 5:30pm (April 26th)
All ages are welcome!

In this workshop you will get to use techniques such as iron on applique, fabric painting, bedazzling, embroidering and more to personalize a tote bag in to a tote-ally awesome bag of your dreams! This will be a fun creative party where you get to tap in to your creativity and allow yourself to explore new things. I provide the tote bags and supplies and you come with ideas and an open mind.

Supplies for painting, embroidery, applique, sewing, bedazzling, stamping, and more
All ages welcome!
